
“Platform 4.0” - a Content Management Solution
In this project, I served as the Scrum Master for the "Content Management" and "Web Analytics" teams, facilitating smooth operations and delivery through Agile practices. In addition, I acted as an Agile Coach, guiding the development and optimization of a scaled agile process model across the entire project, ensuring alignment and efficiency between teams. My responsibilities also included providing conceptual support for the content and asset management processes, helping streamline and improve digital content delivery.
Customer Benefit:
The customer benefited from a more efficient, scalable agile process that optimized collaboration and delivery across multiple teams. By enhancing the content and asset management framework, I enabled faster and more organized digital content updates, improving the customer’s ability to maintain a dynamic web presence. These efforts led to higher operational efficiency and better coordination between teams, supporting the customer’s long-term digital strategy.
