eCommerce Solution for the fashion industry

As Agile Coach and eBusiness Consultant I led the replacement of an outdated eCommerce platform with a new solution based on Sylius, ensuring a scalable, and flexible system tailored to the customer’s needs. Alongside platform development, I coached the Head of Product and Product Owner, helping to establish a strong leadership foundation. Additionally, I supported the introduction of SAFe for seven agile teams distributed across multiple locations, ensuring consistent progress and coordination.

The customer gained a well-structured, organized approach to relaunching their eCommerce platform. This resulted in reduced project risks, and a more efficient development process, ultimately enabling a solid foundation for future scalability and growth.
