Initial Situation / Challenge
A leading provider of cloud telephone solutions was at a critical stage in the implementation of a new Business Support System (BSS). Several external development teams were working in parallel, but a lack of coordination and unclear priorities jeopardized deadlines and goal alignment.

Role & Contribution
As project manager and agile coach, I took over the management of the external service provider with four development teams. I ensured that business goals, product strategy, and agile working methods were aligned. Through targeted coaching of the Vice President of Products and the Product Owner, I supported the development of strategic vision and agile leadership skills.

Solution & Approach
I supported the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to improve transparency and team synchronization across all levels. With clear prioritization mechanisms, regular Inspect & Adapt cycles, and intensive communication between management and development, processes were stabilized and responsibilities were clarified.

Result / Impact
The project regained direction and stability. Collaboration between business, IT, and external partners improved noticeably, while product development became more predictable and focused. Leaders and teams worked together purposefully and with renewed confidence toward a shared outcome.
