"Model Compare" – Comparison Tool for a Sports Car Manufacturer

Initial Situation / Challenge
A renowned sports car manufacturer planned the relaunch of its online comparison tool, which allows users to directly compare different vehicle models. The goal was to improve the digital customer experience through more detail, user-friendliness, and performance – while simultaneously ensuring close coordination between several agile teams.

Role & Contribution
As Scrum Master of the "Model Compare" team, I was responsible for the agile management and coordination of development.I fostered close collaboration between design, development, and product management and supported the scaling of the project within the SAFe framework to efficiently align multiple teams toward common goals. Through targeted coaching and clear communication structures, I strengthened team ownership, productivity, and alignment.

Solution & Approach
We established structured sprint planning and clear prioritization to efficiently coordinate parallel development paths. Transparent communication, regular syncs, and aligned delivery cycles ensured that all teams worked consistently toward a shared product experience. This resulted in a powerful comparison tool that combines technology, design, and customer benefits.

Outcome / Impact
The new tool offers users an intuitive, comprehensive vehicle comparison function that significantly improves the online experience.
