About Me
My Journey Between Technology, Management, and Teamwork
What Drives Me
I am driven by curiosity – about technology, about collaboration, about what emerges when teams work together to achieve truly excellent results. I am passionate about systems that function and projects that succeed because people combine their strengths. Whether in research, agile projects, or consulting, I always enjoy understanding complex relationships and developing effective solutions.
Values and Working Methods
- Clarity is more important to me than buzzwords. Understandable language fosters shared focus.
- I work in a spirit of trust and respect, with the goal of learning from one another and sharing knowledge.
- Pragmatism and a results-oriented approach define my methodology.Change only works if it is comprehensible and supported by all involved.
- Connecting technical and business perspectives is a key component of my approach.
Current Expertise & Focus Areas
My focus is on four key areas:
- Agile Software Development & Delivery – From vision to effective implementation.
- eBusiness Consulting – Strategic bridge between business goals and technology.
- Project & Product Management – Structure, clarity, and accountability in complex projects.
- Organizational Development & Agility – Shaping change, strengthening collaboration.
Furthermore, I am deeply engaged with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and working on an internal project on Agentic AI in business consulting. The goal is to make consulting processes more intelligent, efficient, and impact-oriented. This field will also expand my consulting services in the future, as a bridge between technology, organization, and decision-making.
What defines me
I am an engineer, consultant, coach – and above all, someone who thrives on seeing things come together: strategy and implementation, people and technology, idea and impact. Building these bridges is more than just a job for me. It's my way of shaping the future.

My Career Path
I hold an engineering degree in Spatial Planning and have been working on computer simulation models for urban and regional development since the 1980s, an early example of combining technology, analysis, and a societal perspective. After earning my doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.), I conducted research on regional economic structures and the digital representation of socioeconomic data.
From the 2000s onward, I supported several eBusiness and eCommerce startups—including an eLearning pioneer and one of the first online subscription platforms for a major international publisher. This period combined technological innovation, economic thinking, and entrepreneurial responsibility. A foundation that continues to shape my work today.
Since 2006, I have worked freelance as an eBusiness Consultant, Project Manager, and Agile Coach. With the introduction of agile methodologies in 2008, my focus increasingly shifted to agile projects, organizational development, and digital strategies. Topics I now address in a wide range of industries, such as automotive, eCommerce, telecommunications, and finance.
