Model compare

As the Scrum Master for the "Model Compare" team, I led the creation and relaunch of an advanced model comparison tool for the website of a renowned sports car manufacturer. This feature provided users with a more comprehensive, detailed side-by-side comparison of vehicle models. Additionally, I supported the scaling of the project using SAFe, ensuring that the development process remained efficient and collaborative across the teams.

The customer benefited from a well-structured, scalable approach that enabled the successful coordination of multiple teams, ensuring the project stayed on track. By forming and consolidating a strong Scrum team, I enhanced team productivity and alignment, resulting in a smoother development process and timely delivery of the features.
