
Project management for a new Business Support System
In this project, I managed an external service provider with four development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and agile best practices. By coaching the Vice President of Products and the Product Owner, I helped them to foster strategic vision and agile leadership. Additionally, I supported the implementation of SAFe to streamline product development processes, and improve collaboration across teams.
Customer Benefit:
By stepping in during a critical project phase, I helped the customer regain control and direction, ensuring the project was brought back on track. My management of the external teams, and coaching of key leadership improved efficiency and collaboration. As a result, the customer was able to stabilize the project, and deliver the product with renewed confidence and success.
